With every closed transaction, Joan provides a donation to a charity of her Client's choice, or to the Massachusetts Chapter of Feeding America. Joan obtained her Real Estate license in 1988 and is a customer centric and award-winning Realtor. Operating with the highest integrity and focused on the needs of her Clients and improving the overall Real Estate transaction process. Joan’s Real Estate experience has been in selling Single Family Homes, Multi-family homes, commercial real estate and land. Joan is a Certified KW Real Estate Planner, which includes certifications in Senior Relocation Services, Probate, Trusts, Investors - 1031 Exchanges (and she is an Investor and has completed a 1031 Exchange herself). Joan successfully sold Real Estate in Massachusett prior to taking time off from Real Estate until her kids were out of school and meanwhile, she worked a career in Corporate America. After many years as a professional salesperson for pharmaceutical companies, including being a Hospital Representative and previous to that in the computer industry, Joan had the opportunity to transition full-time into selling Real Estate, and these past experiences prepared her to be successful in the Real Estate Market. Joan has been an active Realtor® again in Massachusetts for the past 8 years and has been selling in MetroWest, Central Mass and beyond. Joan won a Production Award for 2018 while with Keller Williams. She rejoined KW in April 2023, after an interim two years at BHHS where Joan was recognized as one of the Top 5 Agents for Production in the Framingham, MA office for 2021 & she was a recipient of the Leading Edge Society Award, in the Top 10% of the Network, for her Production for 2022. Her first year back at KW Joan won the Gold Award for 2023 and subsequently won the Gold Award for 2024 being in the top 20% (2025 hasn't been announced yet) for her Market Center at KW Boston MetroWest. She enjoys home designs and the Real Estate process and has a passion for helping people realize their investment goals. Joan is a compassionate and caring person and genuinely seeks to understand the Client's needs and goals and she keeps those at the forefront of her mind. She knows that this is one of their biggest life decisions and she operates with the highest integrity. Joan spent most of her youth in Wayland, MA. She bought her first home with her husband in Sterling, MA and then after several years living in Southern California with her husband, they decided to come back to New England. Joan and her husband raised their two boys in Westborough MA where she lived for 20 years and they have remained in the MetroWest Area.
